Lathrup Village's historic mid century ranch homes and Cape Cod additions frequently need flat roof membrane replacement on their low slope sections. The modernist homes of Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, and Bloomfield Township from the 1950s through 1970s are a specialty we get called on regularly. Macomb County has one of Metro Detroit's highest concentrations of mid century commercial strips and industrial warehouses. These are flat roofed buildings that are now 40 to 60 years old and overdue for membrane replacement. Sterling Heights, Warren, and Clinton Township each have dense retail corridors where we regularly replace failed built up roofing with modern TPO systems. In residential Macomb, split levels with low slope garage roofs and home additions are the most common calls we get.

Wayne County covers the most varied building stock we work on: Detroit's dense commercial and industrial portfolio, Livonia and Dearborn's postwar commercial strips, and the western suburbs of Canton and Plymouth with newer construction that increasingly uses flat roof commercial designs. Detroit in particular has seen strong reinvestment in mixed use and commercial properties, with historic districts in areas like Corktown, Midtown, and Indian Village where older flat roofs need careful membrane work. We are comfortable with the access and coordination challenges in occupied urban buildings and carry full COI documentation to satisfy property manager and building owner safety requirements on every project.
