TPO Membrane Installation

Reflective, energy efficient, heat welded seams

TPO's white surface reflects heat, which meaningfully cuts cooling costs on warehouses, offices, and retail buildings. If you're paying high utility bills in summer, a TPO roof helps offset the cost.

TPO seams are heat welded, not taped. A hot air gun fuses the overlapping sheets into one continuous piece stronger than the membrane around it. Every seam gets probe tested before we leave.

Balcony and Deck Waterproofing

Balconies take a beating from Michigan freeze and thaw cycles. When the waterproofing fails, water gets into the framing below and the structural repair costs far more than proper waterproofing would have.

We install adhered membrane across the deck surface with a watertight termination at the wall junction, which is where nearly every balcony leak starts. The finished surface can accept tile, pavers, or composite decking.

Our maintenance visits include a full membrane walk, drain clearing, seam probing, and a written report with photos. We quote any issues on the spot. If everything looks good, you get documentation you can show your insurer or property manager. Every visit is conducted with a safety plan in place — we meet commercial building safety requirements on all sites.
